Shipbuilder Says Ferry Contract Case Belongs In State Court
A shipbuilder urged a Louisiana federal court Thursday not to send its suit against the U.S. subsidiary of an Italian marine engineering and inspection company to arbitration, saying the dispute over a U.S. government ferry construction contract belongs in state court.
